立式淬火爐表面淬火只對(duì)工件的表面或部分表面進(jìn)行熱處理，所以只改變表層的組織,而心部或其它部分的組織仍保留原來(lái)的低硬度、高塑性和高韌性的性能. 這樣工件截面上由于組織不同性能也就不同。表面淬火便于實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化、 自動(dòng)化，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，變形小，熱處理周期短，費(fèi)用少，成本低。

立式淬火爐設(shè)備采用耐熱不銹鋼做風(fēng)道,料架采用高速起升,3～6秒內(nèi)進(jìn)水池.爐蓋電動(dòng)推桿升降,嚴(yán)格密封，使工件材料與外界空氣隔絕，在加熱、保溫過(guò)程中，爐內(nèi)有高強(qiáng)對(duì)流風(fēng)機(jī)，爐內(nèi)形成強(qiáng)對(duì)流循環(huán)，促使?fàn)t溫均勻，爐內(nèi)各點(diǎn)溫差可控制在1℃內(nèi)，從而使退火材料獲得均勻一致的物理機(jī)械性能。

Surface quenching is easy to achieve mechanization and automation. It is stable quality, small deformation, short heat treatment cycle, less expenses and low cost.

Vertical quenching furnace uses heat - resistant stainless steel for air duct, material rack is raised at high speed, only need 3-6 seconds to get into water channel. In the process of heating and heat preservation, there is a high strength convection fan in the furnace, and a strong convection circulation is formed in the furnace, which makes the furnace temperature uniform. The temperature difference of each point in the furnace can be controlled within 1℃, so that the anneal material can obtain uniform physical and mechanical properties.
